Wonderful tour and a beautiful complex. Jordan was great! She answered all of my questions very well and I would recommend her for any further tours. Loved the open kitchen style and the fact that the design is luxury vinyl oriented instead of carpet.

I would not recommend this complex as a place to live solely based on the management company. Rather than address the fact that a good portion of the property has a parking shortage, they have put in assigned spaces at some buildings and are now creating “premium” parking spots at buildings and charging for them. I live in a building that has no parking problem however they chose to install two parking spots as paid spots right at the entrance to the building, creating an inconvenience to the residents. This in addition to a laundry list of other poor choices to include: telling us the pool is “closed” between Labor Day snd Memorial Day, limiting pool hours due to lack of appropriate regulatory lighting, a locked pool/grill/fireplace area that is locked most of the time with an emergen
