My husband and I love it here. We have an expansive view of Pioneer Park from our livingroom and bedroom windows. It's like living on an English estate. Maintenance is wonderful. They come quickly and work cheerfully, including at night and weekends. We don't drive and if I get heavy packages, staff kindly drives me home in the golfcart. Zip, Lyft and nearby busses make getting around easy and convenient. My apartment is newly renovated and very quiet. I hope we can stay for years. Thanks to Luis and Scott for wonderful help with maintenance every time and to the office staff for their constant help and compassion.

Extremely Disappointed With Hidden Charges & Forced Enrollment. DONT MOVE HERE!!! As a current resident, I’m beyond frustrated with Alderwood Heights’ decision to automatically enroll tenants into a third-party credit reporting service called Boom, without our explicit consent. We were told in an April email that our previous opt-out status (under RentPlus) would be honored — yet we were still charged $7 per person with zero prior notice. The charge just appeared on our September bill, months after our lease renewal, with no heads-up, no breakdown of who it was for, and no option to approve or decline beforehand. They all of a sudden have quality maintenance individuals even though I am departing complex soon. The gentleman did a good job in resetting my shower rod paying attention to detail. Excellent Service!

I lived in a remodeled unit with no carpet and was still charged $120 for carpet cleaning. They also billed $320 for tub resurfacing and $195 for general cleaning. When I asked for proof, they sent a pre-work invoice—nothing post-service. Later, they provided photos which showed things like a single hair or barely noticeable residue in the tub. We had cleaned thoroughly, and it was clear they were just looking for excuses to keep the deposit. My dispute was ignored, and they processed the refund without my consent. Traumatizing Noise from Upstairs Neighbors The upstairs neighbors constantly threw parties, blasted bass-heavy music late into weeknights, and stomped around like they were training for the circus. Over time, the stress triggered heart palpitations, ear pressure, and tinnitus.

Just went in for a tour. The place is a lot more expensive than comparable properties nearby and they weren't willing to budge. No big deal if they are confident they can fill the vacancies. Felt like they were not very focused on making a sale and as if we were bothering them.
