Maintenance requests handled quickly and efficiently! Clear communication, timing was great and to be honest things are always taken care of quickly. We needed the new management company and I’m thankful for all of the changes and improvements they’re making to the property!

From my understanding, a new management company has taken over earlier this year. Communication has been good and they are making a lot of renovations. Staff has been nice and helpful while you navigate moving. Units seem nice and modern and the property seems pretty clean.

I can’t say enough great things about Katie. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful with every part of my move. She was always responsive, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to make the process smooth and stress-free. It truly made a big difference during such a hectic time. I’m very grateful for her support and professionalism.

We just signed a second lease with Altis. We love living here and Katie, the property manager has been extremely helpful. A new company just took over the property and we see much greater things within the office that we are so pleased with. Keep up the Great work Atis Promanade ☺️🫶🏻

I have lived here for almost 2 years now. When I first moved in, everything was pretty clean, not too noisy, residents drove normally. Now for whatever reason, the past year has been non stop trash and garbage everywhere on the property. There is dog feces in literally every square inch of this property and the new management has made it clear that they do not plan on fixing it. I offered my cleaning and sanitation services for abnormally cheap and they still denied and said they’d take care of it and I have to catch and tell them who is leaving their dog poop. Very inefficient way of fixing an issue. If you’ve made it this far, I’d highly, highly, highly suggest you to go look elsewhere. There are much much nicer, cheaper, places around the same area. The residents drive like it’s Daytona
