I can’t say enough good things about this group of ladies! I’m a Realtor myself, and I truly appreciate how far above and beyond they go for their tenants. They even allowed me to move in early, which made things so much easier. Jody pushed to make sure everything was ready in a serious time crunch. Anytime something has needed attention, they’ve ALL been quick and exceptional in getting it handled. For example, when the AC went out over the weekend, Melba jumped in on her day off and had us back up and running in about an hour and a half-absolutely incredible service! A few other small issues have come up, and every time they’ve been just as responsive and helpful. Worst experience over the 3 years we were there. They are money hungry and expect tenants to do everything and I mean everything. They also keep your entire deposit and then state you still owe balance. We kept the property maintained and the house clean but apparently they expect perfection. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They don't want to bother with the properties. They don't want to do anything to fix or clean it! If I was a home owner I would definitely not want them in charge of your house! Do what's right! Give people back their security deposits!

Doesn't take care of their property or their tenants. Do not rent from them! They will keep trying to find ways to charge you. Be aware.

I would NOT waist my time renting from this property management! You will be DISAPPOINTED!!! It doesn't matter if someone else caused a water leak. It is UNACCEPTABLE to be living in a unit with MOLD! The fact that we have reported it multiple times and nothing has been done over 2 month! We are told it an insurance claim or the owner above has to fix it. Again having to wait is unacceptable and careless!!! They just want your money! On top of having a water heater issue as well. They are cheap!! Went almost a whole week without hot water!!! Sends a plumber out and the same one at that not just ONCE but TWICE! The plumber couldn't even fix the issue he says ( both times not just the first time) that it is a electrical problem and they will have to send out a electrical... Took them 2 days
