Considering how much they charged ($545) for home inspection, the company should have used at least a high quality camera to take the house inspection photos. Was there with the inspector and saw he used such an old digital camera with poor megapixel. The report obviously has poor quality photo images that cant even tell clearly what’s going on. You would think all these money they made from customer, at least invest in their work equipment?!

They were great! Greg, the manager, was quick to respond to my request to book an inspection with short notice. We had to get it done in a week, for escrow, and they booked us within two days of calling. Greg Wood was the Inspector that showed up, and he was fantastic. Great attitude, easy to work with, and graciously answered all of my questions and those of my mom. He made me feel confident about my first home purchase. :)

Like everyone else, I needed a home inspection before taking the leap of buying my first home. The house was tough because the owners didn’t throw anything out. I was surprised they covered so much area in southern California and was able to schedule an inspection according to my schedule. As expected, the house was not perfect. What I appreciated was that I promptly got a comprehensive report detailing all the flaws and I was able to negotiate down the final price of the house so the inspection more than paid for itself. In addition, the owner of the inspection company was very helpful when my realtor and I went over the report with him. I have since recommended other friends and family members

Greg was professional, competent and without a doubt knowledgeable. The report was extremely detailed and exactly what I was looking for, I was in a bit of a time crunch and had my report w/in 24 hours of the inspection!
