So many things to report. But Top 5 1) screening of the individuals that rented our home. These people Destroyed our house. Every single room had damage. Evidently there were 10 people living in this house. 2) They skipped out with no notice after asking repeatedly about the status and finally we got 3 days notice 3) were very specific on our pet policy. They not only had a dog that peed and pooped all over our house but evidently rabbits and chickens as well 4) we communicated that we would do the lock change and repairs yet we had a $100 charge for lock changes that was not refunded 5) we asked for the yard to be maintained. The shrubs were literally 8 feet tall. After we trimmed them they may die. The damage to our home is heartbreaking. Do not recommend

Absolutely terrible management. They refused to accept rent payments and then tried to push eviction anyway, which feels intentional and dishonest. There was zero accountability, no clear communication, and no willingness to resolve the issue. Instead of working with tenants, management creates problems and then punishes renters for them. This is not how housing should be handled. Rent here at your own risk.

My husband lost his job I tired to pay on our rent and they wouldn’t let me split it the best I could during the government shut down. He couldn’t even get unemployment started due to the government they evicted us and have filed a suit against us they are the worst management group ever never fixed anything they said they would with the initial work through upon signing the lease and they said they would work with us and lied then lied about our payments when I have proof of them. If we were late we paid the late fees every time due to pay periods. They are an awful company they charge you a renters insurance that is bogus for extra money from you each month also. They have never provided us with anything to prove what we were paying for. I would not rent from them nor let them list my pr

I’m sharing my story because I think it’s important. Please do not rent on 4th Avenue unit #3 or anywhere from this company. They do not do what they say. They do not care to help. They KNOW they have issues and continue to rent while charging people fees for the things they’ve “fixed” knowing they didn’t and rent to the next person and make it their responsibility. This is hands down the worst place I’ve ever rented from. Me and my kids dealt with bed bugs, leaks from broken bathroom tile and they blamed and charged me for and we weren’t even there for two weeks at the time and there was black mold in the ceiling they cut out to “fix the leak” which is more proof it’s been there for a while. Leaking washer, multiple times. Mold under the bathroom sink due to pipe leaks. The whole building

So i been in there apartment for over 4 years always paid on time every time. i finally moved out cleaned up and got this outrageous bill. This company will fish around for anything after you leave, keys returned: charge you for new locks, even though you complain about garbage disposal numerous times, they will get you on that. With cleaning: even though you clean they will still charge you cleaning, they say they always have professionals do it. About 3 months ago i recommended some one to this company, i totally regret it now. if you are looking for a place to stay or plan to do business with this company, look somewhere else there are better out there. these are some heartless greedy snakes.
