Since purchasing our home in 2019, we have experienced ongoing and repeated issues with the A/C system. Despite paying for multiple repairs, including a compressor replacement, the system continues to fail. Each time it storms, the A/C shuts down, and it frequently freezes over. This is not only inconvenient but also points to a deeper underlying issue, such as possible faulty wiring or improper installation. I have three small children! I can’t afford to keep paying for an A/C unit that is less that 6 years old! I am requesting that this matter be resolved immediately and permanently. If corrective action is not taken without further delay, I will have no choice but to involve legal counsel to pursue remedies for what I believe to be a case of faulty wiring and installation. As a person who purchased a home from Adam‘s home in 2020, the end of 2020. It was the worst mistake I’ve ever made in my entire life. These houses are built with nothing but garbage. We've constantly had issues since moving in at the end of 2020. Today, our septic system failed, ultimately a brand new home. A septic system is supposed to last between 15 to 20 years. It failed four years later now. I called to talk to them about the whole thing, and this lady on the phone was giving me an attitude you would’ve thought that I was having sex with her husband. Also, SOS Septic, which used to install the system, is no longer licensed to even install the system to show you that they use the cheapest workers to do the job. As a Real Estate Broker as well as very well known Animal Search & Rescue Team, I was appalled at how my team was treated last night across the street from 514 Lone Star where the very unprofessional worker by the name (so called) Jonathan Reyes. He was extremely rude & obnoxious after he confronted my team who was on a stake-out for an injured, lost dog who was hiding in the woods. He approached our equipment & then proceeded to rush 2-lots down the street to scream at my team member who explained we needed it to be very quiet. Instead of going about his business, he went to the woods & shined an extremely bright flashlight all thru the area we JUST told him the dog was hiding & where our trap & camera was. I am purchasing a home from them I think I will enjoy! The only reason they got four stars is because one of the agents which is the one taking care of the home I'm buying did not know how to do esigning and the process is taking longer.
