Our Community Association Manager, Cheryl Taylor, has been nothing short of incredible. She is always available whenever we need her, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every question is answered thoroughly. Not only does she address the questions we bring to her, but she often provides additional insight and information we never would have thought to ask about. She is a true wealth of knowledge. Every response she gives is thoughtful, detailed, and backed by extensive research. She never rushes through anything or gives a quick, surface-level answer—she genuinely wants homeowners to feel informed, supported, and confident. This management firm is awful. Since our community does not have an onsite office, we have to rely on the access difference portal. They barely respond to inquiries and if you call the office “someone will call you back “ or “ I will transfer you to the manager” where you will need to leave a voicemail and never hear from anyone. I’ve been on autopay for 2 years, I was charged a late fee for January because somehow the autopay did not draft for January but did draft for February normally. I’ve called and messaged and their response” it’s a hard cost to the association so we cannot waive it” despite it not being the homeowners fault their system did not properly draft. We never receive any community updates and we still don’t even have an approved 2026 budget and we are in March.

Rangel Rodriguez is fantastic and truly has the heart for the residents in Avalon Park Westgate. He goes above and beyond in addressing residents’ concerns regarding lawn care violation and provides options on truly resolving the issue. I am glad we have him as our community manager, especially after the poor service and lack of response provided by the former one.

We are a relatively new subdivision and we took over control of the HOA at the beginning of the year. As newly elected President guidance was definitely needed during this transition. Tracy Brown, our account manager, provided that guidance by answering our questions, making suggestions, helping setup committees, being a liaison between us and our vendors, and so much more. I honestly feel her help was fundamental in our first years success. As I was elected to a two year term I am looking forward to continuing to make our community even better with Tracy’s help in 2026.

Our community manager, Rangel Rodriguez is one of a kind. Thoroughly up to date on HOA legislation. Knowledgeable on all things involved in maintaining a top level community. Communication is key to Rangel, as is his support of the board of directors and various committees. This community would not be as successful as it is without his advice and guidance.
