30 to 60 days is unacceptable for me to get my deposit back. Make sure that you are 1000% sure that you have the apartment and I mean signing the lease before you pay the $300 so I went in did the application spoke with the ladies did the background check everything was good. They even assured me that I was good. We even did the income check and everything then a week later I get a call telling me that I wasn’t approved for the apartment that I should have a roommate. I guess that makes less to me that would even the rent out because one person as me make too much keep in mind. I was looking to move as soon as possible now I have to pay for another month where I’m living and I’m out of $300 for 30 to 60 days whenever they decide to give me my money back. i’m very upset and I wish I would’v

Prior to moving in there was some miscommunication but Michelle (mgmt) was very helpful through the process. She scheduled me an appointment to get all my paperwork done and has been very kind, courteous and professional with every interaction. Out of any place that I have lived, she is a phenomenal manager and goes out of her way for her tenants. Im sure she has a lot on her plate managing a complex, but she handles it with Grace. I’ve lived here since Jan 2025, and it’s been a nightmare. Constant package theft, suspected drug activity, loud disturbances, and hallways that are always filthy. Management does not enforce rules or maintain the property. For the rent charged, this is unacceptable. Don’t waste your money here.
