Jay In the Office she is very helpful when I first applied she was very giving great Energy I loved how she treated me and helped me get in this place. I can say she is a great person 😁 Also Gloria they are great women and willing to help. It's quiet In here and I needed a place to call home the neighbors are friendly and when I was moving in they asked if I needed help that's a plus because some people are not so nice. Whatever I need help with something and I email are call they are on it and that's what I most appreciate. Abbey pointe apartments is a place I'm willing to stay for a while they are also Dog friendly so if you want a place to call home this is the place.

During my tenancy at Abbey Pointe Apartments, I experienced multiple habitability issues and management responsiveness problems. I documented these concerns thoroughly with photographs, videos, and written notices. Key issues included: • Pest infestations (including roaches) • Unsafe flooring and exposed tack strips • Electrical problems, including inoperative outlets and GFCI concerns • Plumbing leaks and ventilation issues in bathrooms • Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors near expiration During this period, a defective notice was issued first. Despite repeated documentation and requests, many concerns were not resolved for approximately five months, now going on six. Lived here 3 years..Wow.. Where do I start!! We moved in we were in a hurry and after moving in assist the apartment thoroughly.. kitchen cabinet door feel off.. the refrigerator was old rusty and door broken and so was the stove wasn’t cleaned it was painted over. And the carpet was stain and hella Old it’s been through a few tenants the 3rd picture is my park spot it’s the only park spot with no cover my paint on my new car is screwed up😳 ongoing problem with bugs that’s right 🪳🤬Seriously Ghetto & Overpriced

Listen to what the bad reviews say. This place does not care about its residents. Of the 12 washers and 12 dryers at least 3 of each are always broken. The floors in the laundry room are always disgusting. Not to mention they have no cameras around and most residents (including myself) have had their tires stolen or cars vandalized. The apartment itself has been falling apart since we moved in and the office NEVER answers the phone. So if you work a full time job, look forward to taking time off just so you can go to the office in person. Bonus points there’s never any parking.

My recent experience at Abbey Pointe was truly exceptional, thanks to Assistant Manager Linda. From the moment I met her, I was impressed by her extensive knowledge of the neighborhood. She even went above and beyond by recommending some fantastic dining options nearby. The unit Linda showed me was not only spacious but also flooded with beautiful natural light. She made sure to demonstrate that everything in the unit was in perfect working order. If she noticed anything that needed a touch-up, she assured me that it would be taken care of promptly. Linda also highlighted the convenience of the location, emphasizing its proximity to shopping centers. She assured me that the community in this area is quite peaceful.
