Abbey Glenn Apartments

Emily was a great help and such a nice person. She was very informative and patient with me. You guys seem to have a wonderful team. I was going through a ruff time with searching all morning so far until I called you guys and Emily answered. She made my experience really smooth. Very professional and polite. Inside looks old and they could never get the A/C to the third room to work whatever it is outside that day the room will be the same temperature. The maintenance guy and front office manager Emily will walk into your apartment with no warning when they think you’re not there!! I had it happen my first couple months of living there but because I caught them and I got a ring camera the next day they coincidentally didn’t need to come in my apartment anymore. They have a contract with the towing company and they tow residents cars that’s registration is not up to the date they want it to be. It does not even have to be expired for them to tow it or if you get lucky they’ll put a green sticker with a warning they will tow it the next week. i definitely recommend living here if your looking for cheap apartments !! its very nice !! when i first moved here i was in shock i thought i was rich when i saw the inside of my apartment !! the staff and the front office people are so respectful and nice !!! the pool is awesome if you ask me . its so nice and quiet for a cheap apartment like this !! definitely recommend . ❤️

If you are looking for a home away from home or considering Abbey Glen, then you might want to reconsider after hearing this. Abbey Glen in Waco, TX is anything but what you will see on their website. It is a much older complex that have young inexperienced staffers working in their leasing office that don't have sense enough to know that you can't rent an apartment AS Is (as told by Emily/General Manager), which in her account means, you just move into it without it being cleaned after another resident has moved out. These folks have just been given titles without any training. The units have substandard work done to them and very little concerrn for the grounds around the complex which wreak of dog poop and trash. Looks nice on the outside. Very old on the inside. Bathroom had rust on the ceiling. 2 bedrooms stayed hot or really cold depending on the weather. Parking is awful. Zero kitchen space. Second bathrooms plumbing was awful. Management was great. Apartments aren’t worth the price.
