50 year-old apartment with no actual overhead lights insideTook forever to do any maintenance stuff was never in the office when I went to pay rent and they were always never answering the phone when I called. I called them to let them know. I was moving out And then about 2 1/2 weeks after I moved out, they still put a eviction notice, threatening the sheriff to remove me in my roommate. We had already moved out everything in the house gone. This place is a joke not worth your money. Don’t move here.

All the management here are very caring and kind!!! I have never really had any issues with any of my neighbors either! Also They work in a good timely matter when I need any work done in my apartment maintenance at abalone pointe is definitely on top of there game!!! I have only been living on my own for a short couple of years, but living here is definitely made things more enjoyable and a positive place to live on my own!!! I wouldn't change a thing!!! On top of it all the rooms are very spacious/roomy, I definitely got lucky to have such a nice and decent sized apartment for the price i got it for, i definitely was to have lucky when i got approved for the apartment!!!

Have lived here for five months and I have enjoyed my experience so much! Management is awesome and truly cares about you. The facilities are well maintained and loved. The maintenance is super friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is very safe and everyone is very nice. Have loved living here!

The managers changed frequently, but that seems to be the norm everywhere these days. Now a days they have been better about maintenance and other things like that. Near the mall which is a good thing to say the least!! Personally: I'd never live here again after the way I had been treated years ago by the staff!! AGAIN, this is only my personal opinion based off of how I had been treated the short time I was there.

We lived here for 9 months. Most of the office staff is inept. They change the rules on a whim. We weren't allowed to keep things on our balcony, but other residents were. While our 2-bedroom apartment was ok, we took a black light to the carpet and walls and found tons of large stains. Maintenance staff is also inept. Things installed incorrectly or not completely fixed. The worst part was the neighbors. We had smokers on all sides. They smoked on the front porch and the back patio. It was impossible for us to have windows open for fresh air. Dumpsters overflowed and were not close to our unit. People drove fast through the complex, despite the speed bumps (which are randomly placed). In 1 spot on the property, there are 2 bumps within a few inches of each other. Who does that? I give th
