Derrick Anker was very thorough and an excellent commentator. He provided a complete overview of the work he was going to perform and answered all of my questions. His explanations were clear and detailed. He was friendly and I enjoyed our interaction. This was a excellent experience and the report is well organized and detailed with photographs of each element of the inspection.
