9th Street Flats

I have been living here for 2 years now. Maintenance and the owner is very responsive and helpful. It’s also in the best location possible. Like the neighborhood feeling and very accessible to all the businesses available like coffee shops, breweries, gym, restaurants, bus stop, etc.,

Been here for three years and continue to love it. Great spot tucked away from the main drag of NE but within walking distance. The building is nice and cared for. Management is great to work with. No complaints!

Nathan, his team, and family have made living at 9th Street Flats my most positive living experience! They allowed me a quick move in, have arrived ASAP for any repairs, and maintain the cleanest building. The landscaping, hallways, everything is impeccable. The location couldn't be better: Walks to the riverfront, stores, bike trails, and the space is nice a quiet with only 4 levels. The units are top of the line appliances, large windows and bathroom.

Great location, management is great and easy to communicate with. Moved in 2021

Management in general - disappointing, it made renting the complex undesirable. Neighbors were friendly and chill
