My daughter lives here, and the hot tub has been out of service for over a year. Management keeps saying parts are on order, but nothing ever gets fixed—it feels like an excuse to avoid the expense. The property suffers from poor maintenance overall, and the units are so poorly insulated that you can hear everything. I wouldn’t recommend this place due to the ongoing neglect and lack of management follow-through.

Moved here because of the amenities like pool and hot tub and they have been closed for over a year. The property is neglected by its management team and maintenance.

Our daughter and her friend rented a two bedroom while attending the Clemson Business school in downtown Greenville. Great location for that easy walk, next to a nice Publix, had good covered parking. Grounds were well maintained. The management seemed attentive enough. Nothing deluxe but definitely the most reasonably priced, very roomy unit close to the school. Seemed like a safe neighborhood. Easy walk to Yee-Haws. The only negative might be the elevators were kind of slow.

Totally unacceptable ... I have multiple comments 1) I had the same issue at least three times with a leaky ceiling. each time I was assured it was fixed, each time, it was not. The ceiling actually fell into the floor on multiple occasions. when the repairs were attempted, i had to do the clean up each time. I have attached three of the pictures. 2) There was a comment, that the reviews were inflated by employee reviews. that is completely true for at least two that i know for sure. Rebecca is mentioned several times in the comments as an employee and i am sure you can see that she also is one of the reviewers. 3) The pool was committed to me when i moved in to be complete in 2-3 months. it was not finished for at least a year later with no reduction in rent. 4) The comment on parking is

Incredibly overpriced. The staff is nice, the leasing agent and maintenance at least, but the management above them doesn’t care. Parking is $100 a month and not attached to the building. The building has only 1 true amenity, and that is the fitness center. Walls are thin so you hear people in the hallway and the people above you as they walk around in their apartments. Plenty of cheaper options within the same area. Not sure why they consider this place “luxury” when there isn’t anything luxurious about it.
