7th Street Manor Apartments

7th Street Manor is a great apartment complex. I have lived here for almost a year now. I am a college student at Chico State, so the location is perfect! I can ride my bike to campus within 5 minutes. The staff is also super helpful and friendly. Anytime I have needed maintenance for my apartment or assistance with any questions I have gotten quick and reliable responses. I have really enjoyed being able to live at 7th Street! If you’re looking for a good place to live, with a convenient location I would definitely recommend looking into 7th Street Manor!

Been living here for a few years now and love this place especially for a single bedroom. Only only downside is that there is no in unit washer or dryer and the service to pay for washing and drying is expensive it adds up per week for laundry. Recently there has been a lot of stray cats in the area and gets annoying at night when some cats fight. I do like that every week landscape service comes and cleans the complex. Overall enjoyed my time spent here.

Great community by Chico State, it’s a small and cozy community. Was a great place to stay to myself, especially while attending Chico state.
