Michelle was excellent to work with. We were PCSing into the area and knew absolutely nothing. She was able to be our eyes and legs during this process. She went above and beyond with recommendations in the area, local places to enjoy with the family and put us at ease with things. This team was very helpful. We started off with just wanting to do market research with no immediate or real plans to purchase and, instead of ghosting us, Matt did the market research and kept me updated at the frequency we wanted without making us feel pressured to change my mind. When our situation changed and houses started showing up that fit our criteria, Matt and Michelle worked with our schedule, took into consideration our comments regarding the houses we didn't like, and tweaked the criteria for future searches to find a house that fit us better.
