7 West Apartment Homes

I have lived around Minneapolis for 5 years now for school and work, and 7West has been by far the best experience I have had both with the physical building as well as the incredible management team. I have only been here since August, and I am truly grateful that I signed a two year lease because my roommates and I really love it here. In unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, big windows, really nice kitchen and bathroom, the rooms have ample storage spaces. Allows pets!! Management is on site, I am walking by the office and seeing them everyday, I can ask questions anytime. They are so welcoming and accepting, it feels safe to be myself and safe to ask for things. The amenities (gym, study spots, breakfasts, mail rooms, garage, rec room) and public spaces are wonderful, and always clean.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for the past two years while attending law school, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and dedicated to making residents feel cared for. I especially appreciate the little touches, like the free donuts and coffee on Wednesday mornings — it’s such a nice perk to grab on my way to class. Even though I haven’t been very involved in community events due to my busy study schedule, the staff have still gone out of their way to make me feel included. Honestly, I love this place. We haven’t encountered any issues since moving in last year, which is hard to come by these days. Our leasing agent Julia is so kind and has always been so understanding. This is a place that feels like home. The amenities are also really nice, the place is clean, the price is honestly almost a steal for how involved the staff are in making this place welcoming and cozy. They even host community events like holiday parties and bingo nights, which makes it so much easier to meet and see your neighbors (which we all know is crucial right now). I’ve lived here for almost two years and have had a fantastic experience. The building is quiet with mostly law students and families. The front staff are a total delight and host great resident events. Maintenance is top-tier; they even fixed a 3 AM heating issue for me in under 30 minutes. Never had an issue with packages or noise. Heated parking is convenient, and being a 2-min walk to the Green Line is a huge plus. The gym is high quality and never congested. The lounge is clean, modern, and great for studying. Highly recommend for graduate students or anyone wanting a stress-free, convenient place to stay.

Our family lived at 7West for three years, and we were more than happy with our experience. We honestly enjoyed our time here so much. The apartments are clean, the amenities are great, and the location is incredibly convenient right near the major highways. Most importantly, the management team is the best.
