Delores (the owner of 5 Star) is everything you want in a property management company and in a realtor. She is personable and funny, but she is also shrewd, strategic and she knows how to motivate people to get stuff done. Our property was challenging. We had 2 units, both of which she got rented out. And when one of the units incurred some damage, Delores and her team helped us find the parties we needed to get it repaired (we're out of state). We eventually sold the property, and we engage Delores as our selling agent. She was exactly right with what we should expect for the sales price, and she knew how to time changes to the listing to keep it popping. We wish we could import her locally to work with, as she is a rare find in property management and in a realtor. I cannot recommend her

Horrible service disrespectful staff don’t communicate with their customers they hang up in your face dont rent with this people they just going to make you get in a contract treat you good after you sing they ignore you you can put a service on they page to get stuff fix they take more than a month to fix it doesn’t matter how unsanitary the situation is dont do it you going to regret it

I have been working with Dolores and another lady in the office. Both have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I forgot some documents and they promptly let me know which we're missing and I was able to email them right over. Has been easy working with them. Just about a year living at the house. Still no issues at all and great communication from everyone in the office. Still stays 5 star review
