There have been many changes during our four years at 4830 with onsite management and maintenance — could have led to gaps in service, but it hasn’t. Most recently, I have been very pleased with Jessica and D. Jessica is handling property management and administrative duties by herself and D is flying solo with property maintenance. Both have been very attentive and quick to respond to concerns. Thanks for all you do !!

Great place to live, safe area, beautiful apartments and friendly, professional staff, love it here! The ladies working at the leasing office are super nice and helpful!! Looking forward to staying another year!

Evan showed me an apartment during my appointment and he was great! Very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered all my questions and I’m heavily considering moving here. It is a nice area and very quiet.

🚨this apartment complex is terrible. Live there for barely a year, the AC constantly leaked and maintenance had to come “fix” it about four times, it destroyed our carpet. Once we moved out the incredibly rude leasing lady decided to charge us for the carpet her and her maintenance men destroyed. Terrible people. Terrible maintenance. Terrible experience
