Getting ready to move and I'm very excited. The place looks nice and newly renovated and isn't far from BART. Abulala from oWOW has been EXTREMELY helpful during the whole process. Showing up on time, answering all my questions, and being available even by text with more questions. Great experience overall.

Do not rent from this property management, I’ll give it one extra star because my time here was delightful. Never had issues at 316 12th st until move out, it’s been since April and I am trying to get a hold of someone to get my security deposit back and there is no one who answers my calls or emails. Most phone numbers associated with them are cut off or disconnected. Most employee that were associated with them, upon move in have left. When I gave my keys back, walk in was done by Joe, he mentioned normal wear and tear, my security deposit would be given back. I’ve gotten to a point where I’ve mailed them a certified mail letter and still no reply…. If you want to be chasing and dialing in to non existant numbers.. Save your headaches and go somewhere else

Really cool spot - I got to tour while under construction (when it was almost done). The units have a nice use of space, which makes the medium-sized floorplans feel really versatile. Awesome location too.

What an amazing job renovating an existing 80+ year old building and giving the neighborhood a wonderful modern and new touch that was very much needed.
