I lived in united 403 for one year. my experience with this unit, the maintenance guy, and management was god awful. When we moved in the unit was disgusting like no one had cleaned it since the previous people were living there. The carpet was gross and stained (which they then tried to blame us for even though we marked it before moving in). If that wasnt bad enough within the first couple months of living there our windows accumulated INCHES of ice all over them. We brought this up to managrment who told us it was becuase of our plants. Well as it got colder our unit got below 50 degrees and killed all my plants. We complained about the heat which the maintence guy told us there was nothing he could do. Newer resident. I want to love this place, the area is the best thing about it which gives it the second star. But for the property you're living in itself though, overpriced. Another review said cheap interior, I would agree. Just know that the walls are paper thin, like I've never experienced. I'm in a top floor corner unit so thought it would be quiet, but it's so thin it doesn't matter. For example when I'm in my bedroom I can hear my neighbor just when they are walking around. Not overhead footsteps mind you, but the unit next door footsteps. I didn't even know that was possible. You can hear their whole conversation, not just hear muffled voices, but the conversation, and you can hear any and everything outside too. FYI you can't use the callbox system if your phone number isn't loc

Sarah has been great to work with and took the time to answer any questions my wife and I had while touring. We also really appreciated the suggestion on checking out the Walker Art Museum. Conveniently located and surrounded by some really cool sites!

We’ve lived here for two years and it’s been mostly enjoyable. The area is beautiful and convenient to travel around. The cons: management very difficult to reach, cheap interior, AC doesn’t work well, thin walls, and parking is a nightmare if you can’t reserve a spot. I would recommend this apartment as a year long lease so you can enjoy the city - not somewhere you would want to settle. Also not worth the rent increase each year.
