I had a wonderful time living here. The neighbors and management staff make you feel incredibly welcome and safe. Special shoutout to Larry for being so caring and kind to the people that live here. He always makes sure everyone is doing alright and doesn't need anything.

Do not believe any of the positive reviews. This place is absolutely miserable, and if I could give it 0 stars, I would. I almost don’t know where to start. The management is the worst I’ve ever had in any place I’ve lived — the property manager is impossible to contact. I have no idea what she looks like or if she has ever even been to the property. When there is a problem the property will have to take responsibility for, she simply doesn’t reply until at least the third attempt to contact her. When you do get in touch with her, she is rude, doesn’t answer questions, and probably gaslights you. No one is ever on site, despite allegedly being there every day during business hours “except when they have a tour.” This situation made every other problem I experienced 1000% worse. First, the

The staff is very attentive to your needs. I really like how mgmt. sends an email when there is building announcements. I've lived here for 3 years and have never had a problem that couldn't be solved ASAP.

They are ignoring their sidewalks in winter. Supposed to have been cleared 23 hours ago as a rental unit with more than 4 units as per city of Minneapolis ordinance. Report them to the city! This is rude behavior and deeply antisocial. Bad owners, avoid this place but do report them to city of Minneapolis every time they are violating ordinances.

I’m using a fake name out of fear of retaliation. This place is very dangerous, especially for women and children. There are frequent break ins to both the building and apartments. I had someone trying to get into mine, and it was terrifying. There are people using drugs in the building, sometimes in the hallways outside my apartment. I see drug paraphernalia in the hallway. The building is constantly trashed with garbage, and I even saw a used condom on the floor. There is a high level of traffic in the building, especially to different apartments. There is dealing and prostitution. I suspect someone is cooking meth due to the chemical smells. This no smoking building is a joke. I can smell cigarette smoke, meth and weed in my apartment.
