2 Bayshore Luxury Waterfront Apartments

We relocated to Tampa for my role at TGH and needed a place to land while we learned the area and figured out where to buy our forever home. 2Bayshore turned out to be exactly what our family needed and more. From day one, Tracy, Ariana, and Farrah have been outstanding. They are kind, responsive, and genuinely care about the people (and pets) who live here. Any time we’ve submitted a maintenance ticket, someone has been at our door within a couple of hours. That level of service is rare, and it has been consistent throughout our time here. The property is always clean, well maintained, and has a real “home” feel rather than just an apartment building. The location is fantastic. After an out of state relocation, I’m happy to have landed at 2 Bayshore. The front office staff and maintenance team are both amazing. They are always around the property up keeping everything or remembering my puppies name. It’s a great community to live at if you want to be comfortable and experience a clean and kept environment! Alissa was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring I was able to move in the same day I toured the property.. her professionalism and responsiveness made the entire process effortless. The facility is spotless with excellent common area space. The maintenance people are cordial and responsive to any unit issues. Finally I have lived in common building settings the last 12 years.
