My company provides private lending options for flippers nationwide, and after a borrower default, we were left with seven properties in Alabama. 1st Choice Properties was highly recommended by our attorney, and we have been with them for over three years now. They have been instrumental in getting these properties rent-ready and occupied, moving us from negative cash flow to breaking even. We would be facing major financial constraints without their help. Unit 4509 Oak Drive: I haven’t been in my place a week and I’m already disgusted and ready to go!!! First of all when I did my initial walk through roaches were all over the place but after Angel assured me it would be handled prior to moving in I went ahead and still went through even though something in my head told me not to. I went back to the house with my movers to start moving and everything was an absolute mess!! Spiders still in the exact same spot from when I did my first walk through, dead and living bugs all in the kitchen drawers/cabinets, yard not touched at all, carpet stains, holes still the wall, dead roaches painted over, just horrible. This is one of the best rental companies I’ve rented from thus far. when it concerns any issues or concerns property maintenance. Every maintenance order I have reported is completed and the issue is successfully addressed in a timely manner. Service is accessed and complete quickly... once work order are complete staff always contacts asking if the job was complete and if any other issues need to be reported.. I really appreciate the communication as a tented.
