I’ve been living here as long as the property manager Jacob has been here and not once has he ever been on time or not once as he’s ever stayed till 6 o’clock my ledger shows that my checks are entered late days after I give them to him he’s never here but emails me he is stealing time. He’s never here at 8:30 when the office is open and I see that just a day ago someone made a review as well and got a response so let’s hope I get a response as well. The manager Jacob is stealing time and moving people in fraudulently and allows. A lot of other things to go on here that shouldn’t be let’s see If something gets done

I’ve been a long-time resident at 1500 Nicollet Apartments, and I have to say I’m really impressed with the current office management and maintenance team. They’ve made huge improvements over the years, especially when it comes to safety, security, and building upkeep. There were definitely some issues in the past, but management has gone a long way toward fostering a stronger sense of community and addressing concerns like theft and maintenance in a proactive way. I also appreciate how smooth the delivery process is here. I rarely have any problems receiving food deliveries as long as drivers go to the correct entrance, and I get my Amazon packages without any trouble. The Amazon lockers and package room on-site make it super convenient. Overall, I’ve seen this property grow and improve

1500 Nicollet should get No Stars from me, these people accepted my mom’s application , then needed more income paperwork which she provided . Then was denied because she didn’t meet income requirements with no details of why. On top of that they told her today she had to wait 21 days to get her deposit back. Wow, that’s very unprofessional. Drove over there on the weekend, all the drug dealings and gang members in the evenings over there, I’m glad she found a safe environment and place to move.

DO NOT WALK AWAY RUN AWAY ! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD ! I moved out of these apartments in March. I reported mold in my apartment in January and they didn’t do anything about it until the end of February. Then 2 weeks later said I owed for the month of Jan and Feb when they literally had my floors pulled up, washer and dryer by the window, and doors off the hinges for those 2 months! I’ve had SO many issues with them from the safety of the neighborhood (shootings constantly), to the safety within the building (drug addicts sleeping on the stairs, elevator constantly broke), to them losing my money orders OR applying it to someone else’s rent, to them NOW saying I owe 5k when I signed a contract with them to move out of my apartment as long as we agreed that no previous balan
