Great place to live! Lived here going on 8 years with no plans on leaving. Bender is great to work with. Timely and friendly maintenance. Quiet and clean living!

My 5 star review goes out to Heather, the property manager at 120 flats! She was so helpful and kind (and we were very needy tenants). Any issue we had was resolved in 24 hours, and if the issue couldn’t be fixed that quick Heather and the maintenance staff gave regular updates on the progress! The apartment complex is small and friendly, mostly young families or people like us in there late 20’s. Never had any issues with noise - and people were always very good about picking up after their animals. Never had any issues with packages being stolen, I regularly saw neighbors bring packages in for each other from the unlocked entry way so they’d be safely in the foyer behind the locked security door! The halls can get a little dirty but I think that’s every apartment with people and animals
