I chose to live in a studio here specifically for privacy and quiet, but unfortunately that has not been my experience at all. First, the building advertises quiet hours (10pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends), but management does absolutely nothing when noise is excessive before those hours. My neighbor frequently hosts loud parties with blasting music and screaming, sometimes several times a week. The volume is easily disruptive even inside a closed apartment. When I reported it, the response from management was essentially that there was nothing they could do. Second, the package system here is extremely inconvenient. Residents are not allowed to receive packages directly at the building address. Everything must be delivered to a warehouse first and then forwarded to the building.

We love The Oliv! This is my daughter’s second year living here and it’s been a wonderful experience. The building feels safe, the location is convenient, they even offer parking in the building, and the office staff are always kind and helpful. It truly feels like a supportive community, and I appreciate the peace of mind knowing my daughter is in a great place.

worst management in existence. they don't care about their residents at all and offer no accommodation to people who need it. my roommate and i have been in our apartment for 4 months and they suddenly move in a new person into the apartment without giving us prior notice of more than 2 days and a chance to contact our new roommate about our special needs before they sign their lease. when asked, they just give you the excuse that everything is legally bound and they are legally not allowed to tell us beforehand even though they've literally done the exact same thing and told us potential roommates over the summer when we were in the process of signing our lease. when asked if we can do roommate transfer, they BLATANTLY LIE about being in full capacity when we know multiple people with ope

One of the best places to live in Udistrict. Responsive and kind staff. Easy access to bus and rail great views and value for money The only bad thing is small rooms

Before I start, I’d like to mention that the staff on-site isn’t at any fault. They were all great. What I would like to point out is that this apartment is laughably bad. It’s unlike any of the “luxury” marketing it has been engaging in. For $2000+/month you get a very substandard apartment experience. The apartment is ill-equipped and not well designed to keep up with the trash output during move-in/move-out periods. They shut down all trash rooms and forced us to use a dumpster right outside the apartment. Additionally, the day I had moved in, I could notice hair strands in the apartment. The ceiling fan was not well dusted at all. I could also find all sorts of artifacts under the couch (everything from lip gloss to more balled up hair strands) For $2000+/mo I felt extremely robbed
