Zubair Chaudhry is truly unprofessional and deceptive in his business practices. He is quick to anger and does not properly and honestly present all info about property listings. I would definitely NOT recommend him as a real estate agent or trust anything that he says. He's a horrible agent who really should not be in the real estate business.

I've known Zubair for over 18years he is very professional and he treats everyone with respect and fairness .He has helped my family find affordable apts in the past.i am a proud black mom of two and I m super glad I had the opportunity to meet this man.He is literally an amazing man.His staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly .If you practice patience you will find an affordable.apt with these wonderful people.

I called today looking for an apartment I’m assuming they save numbers because I didn’t mention anything about a voucher but the lady on the phone did a deep long sigh as if I was bothering her asking how much my voucher is. I haven’t called this place in months at the time I called I did have a rental voucher a long with employment, currently I make enough to afford my rent and was looking for an apartment, didn’t mention anything about a voucher. That’s how they treat people? it’s degrading and disgusting. Even if I still had the voucher it’s illegal to discriminate against any form of income. I am really bothered by this interaction.

I write this review to let the Public know good thing no cheap. And cheap thing no good. Mr. Zubair sold my house. He has the cheapest fee for Real Estate sales in New York and seemed very proficient at job. But be aware.. Sellers I am warning you. Please do not use his Attorney find your own. He recommended me to his personal Attorney which I used, because I live out of state. Her name is Heidi Gliboff at Messer Law Group PLLC, Fresh Meadows Queens. He and this Attorney is in cohort to dupe you. After my house was sold. She with held $12,000 dollars from the sale of my house. When I told him what had occurred he was non chalent about it. I have emails to show. Finally, I got my money after I report them to some agencies. Be careful with this Realtor, he is a thief.

I called this office and Zubair was very pleasant. He gave me a number to a woman named, Teresa who gave me the run around and her energy just seemed very uncaring and dismissive. Waste of my time and energy. I would recommend Zubair find another realtor as she is the reason why (I'm sure) they have bad ratings!
