Zoso Flats

Zoso flats is a great place to live. I’m from Chicago and I go to school in DC I chose to live at Zoso flats because of the good reviews and they were true, the building is quiet, the residents are friendly, the front office is kind and attentive I see residents walking in there to have a conversation or ask a question almost everyday. If you have the money to afford it this is a great place to live in this city. Tony on the maintenance team will fix any issues that arise during your lease and is able to fix them with ease. They allow pets so that may be the only downside for some people but I’m Muslim and it never bothered me. All in all 5 stars!

I would recommend only applying if you are prepared to sign the lease. I cancelled my application within the allowed window for cancellation and have waited over 1 month and still have no refund of my $300 admin fee. Other than that the staff were very helpful and communicated well during touring.

Zoso Flats is easily the nicest place I have ever lived in my life. The staff is wonderful, neighborhood is beautiful, the units are gorgeous. Getting into DC is easy and there’s so much to do nearby.

Living at Zoso Flats has been an amazing experience! I’ve lived here for almost a year, and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The building is clean, quiet, and in a prime location. As someone without a car, I love how close it is to the metro! The leasing office team- Stephen, Joe, and Brenda- are always responsive and go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. Pro tip- if you have a dog, stop by the office to grab a treat! (My dog loves living here too!) The apartments are bright (huge windows!) and spacious, and the decor is an interesting blend of industrial and modern! I’m a huge fan of the in-complex gym. It’s not massive, but it’s larger than most apartment gyms I’ve seen, and I’ve still managed a great workout with the machines, cables, and weights they have! I love t

Well, here we are a year later and still as pleased as ever (if not more so). The place is friendly, quiet and CLEAN-even the trash/recycling room! The staff go out of their way to take an interest in the tenants and get to know them on a personal level. Fiona loves it too! Love this place! Great location, great staff, wonderful neighborhood.
