Zona Properties rented me an illegal 2bdapartment with 68 violations including not having a C of O when I moved in 12-1-2019, but rent payment started 1/1/2020@ $650. Don't rent from this property management team

By far, the best property managers in all of Rochester. They took over managing my property during the Covid aftermath and saved my property from ruin. They were able to cheaply and efficiently repair all the damage from two years of an unevictable problem tenant. I'm even getting payments now. If you're a fellow landlord, don't think just hire them.

Had a terrible experience with this company. There were times when they were scheduled to show an apartment and no one showed up. I had to show the apartment when I saw people standing there waiting. They stole items from an apartment I was preparing to rent out and denied it when confronted even though they were the only ones with a key. I would get attitude when I had to go to the office to get paperwork. There were multiple times I had to correct their monthly itemized statement because of errors. They hired contractors to "clean" the yard, only to leave a mess between the house and wood fence. DO NOT hire these people!

Like i was saying before this lady got on here and lied then blocked from posting and/or responding! They are rude ,unprofessional and do not fix a thing! Then want to lie and say behind in rent since 2021 lies take me to court! Read her responses very unprofessional! But lets put pictures and paperwork up ket public see! And any lies will be taken up in civil court so please address the mold issue alone! Wait is that not health related? Maybe better business bureau! Soent so much outta pocket to do mold remediation my self still light fixtures not wirking live wires exposed been 6 years with majority have pics time stamped etc! Even before zona! First off let me start by saying the red flag should have went up when the apartment I wanted to rent wasn't ready and they wouldn't give me back my money. There should be a law against the way these people operate. They are all very rude, and unprofessional. Lakeysha, Michelle, and Trina are the ones I have encountered. Dick Zona is just that (D***) They have made my life a living hell. They are unsympathetic, slum owners will not fix anything until they are ready. It is too bad people have them managing their property. I was living with a leaky basement that would flood everytime I put the heat on for a whole year. What ever bad thing they can do to you legally and illegal they will do. I didn't hear about them until after I was in the place I'm in now but the stories are horrible. They
