We recently got the opportunity to stage one of Zoltan's new construction homes and it was such a pleasure to stage. It was a beautifully built home and you can tell he truly cares about his work and quality! Home sold within the day! Looking forward to his future projects!

We recently completed a job with Zoltan Homes and we feel very fortunate to have found him. From our first meeting we had confidence in his abilities and work ethic and he didn’t disappoint. Zoltan and his project manager Ben, were very hands on every step of the way. Although he had multiple projects going on we felt as though we were his only client because of his constant oversight of every subcontractor that came on our property. Their attention to detail was impressive as I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist myself. Our project did take a bit longer than expected but that was due in part to the (many) changes that we made along the way. We have been in our new, custom, forever home for a little over a year now. I have to honestly say Zoltan far exceeded our hopes and expectations on this undertaking. Zoltan literally took care of everything and was always 100% in communication with us at any time, immediately. Zoltan is a perfectionist and only picks subcontractors who excel in their skill. He would notice when something was not quite right, (before we even noticed it) and he had it redone or fixed immediately. Zoltan was always cost-conscious and giving us viable alternatives.
