Zolper Property Management

We have lived in an east side Zolper building for 3 years now. Zolper has generally provided a good experience. The building is old, and we frequently need maintenance, which is provided promptly. The maintenance workers have gone out of their way to make improvements that were not the reason for our original call- an example being when we called for a wiring fix, the worker noticed our kitchen faucet was extremely old, and ordered a new one, which they installed the next day. I find that if I reach out to Zolper over the phone, I am able to resolve issues more quickly or get an explanation as to why there might be a delay, e.g. the part needed was ordered and is in transit.

I want to start off by saying that I have been with zolper property management for the past 4 years. First I want to say any issues that I or my roomate has ever had with our unit, stuff not working, replacing hvac, whatever has always been addressed within 48 hours! Zolpher Property does a great job at communicating with their tenants and they have a great online portal for any questions or concerns you may have. The things that stick out most to me, is at one point I was falling a little behind in rent and they offered me services in the area that could help me, they me time to figure stuff out and I can't say how much that means to tentants who may be going through a hard time. I truly believe that if your thinking about getting a place with zolper property management that you pull that

Zolper Properties has been great for the past two years of leasing from them. Whenever we have had a maintenance request, they have made contact with us and fixed the problem within 1-2 days. The building itself is well-maintained and the property management has been nothing but kind and helpful since we've moved in.

Simplest of terms this property management company is nothing more than slum lords. Never fix anything from repair tickets, no snow removal or if they do show up it is often weeks later. Older building full of mold that is a serious health hazzard. If you are desperate for housing this is the place for you. They only want your money and if you can find anywhere and I mean anywhere else to live in the Milwaukee area take the time to find it! They know what they are doing or not doing, they just don't care. Cannot wait to move soon!! Would give negative stars if I could!

Justin and the team have done such a good job with keeping our apartment up-to-date. I love it here and I am so happy here! It’s beautiful and I love the east side!
