‘Dusty’ at Notable apartment is a great maintenance man. Keep people like him, a lot of people have not lasted here and I hope you keep hiring people like him. He explained what he did really well and told me what not to wait to call for.

One of the worst property management companies I've ever rented from 👎 I moved out of my property after almost 5 years of living there within 6 months after they took over. They will be sure to send out regular emails about "community events" and then won't return your phone calls (LITERALLY, EVERY SINGLE TIME I've left them a message since they took over, they never returned my calls, I had to walk up to the leasing office to get them to reply). I’ve never experienced anything like what I am going through at Notable Apartments. The accounting is a mess—the payment portal and demand letter show two different amounts, and credits and payments were repeatedly misapplied. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received little help and poor communication from the office staff—especially the Regional Portfolio Manager, who has completely dropped the ball. I’m ultimately trying to pay the disputed balance—not because I agree with it, but because the amount isn’t worth the stress or my peace of mind. That alone says everything about how this property is managed. And yet, to this day, they haven’t provided a consistent or accurate breakdown of what I supposedly owe. Zocalo is very difficult to get a hold of or to respond to emails. I have had nothing but problems at my community with little to no support from management. Don’t rent from Zocalo.

I have lived at Premier Lofts for almost 5 years and management won’t do anything about people putting huge speakers on their walls which makes your apartment vibrate so bad that it’s literally unlivable! Their music pipes through my refrigerator as well! Since there’s no insulation between the walls, your apartment is only as good as your neighbors! This place has become a pot haven as well and no one does anything to improve the quality of life here! They lease out apartments for short term stays so you never know who’s going to be living next door to you! I loved this place when I first moved here, but no one seems to care about loud music, vibrating floors, and pot smokers! The elevators, hallways, etc….wreak of pot! If you like having privacy and a quiet place to unwind, don’t move he
