Zocalo Apartments

The complex itself is beautiful, the landscaping is great, and the murals give it a fun, artsy vibe. Maintenance staff and Ericka were always super nice and helpful. That said, there were big issues: gates are almost always broken (so people from other complexes come into the pool), water gets shut off frequently, parking was basically nonexistent, my flooring problems were ignored, and the bedrooms don’t have ceiling fans or lights (I didn’t notice this when I toured so a big heads up!) Move-out was a nightmare, the property manager tried to charge me when they owed me a refund, I had to chase her down, and she only acknowledged their mistake after I involved the Houston Apartment Association. It took them nearly 60 days to approve my refund, well past the 30-day legal limit. Apparently

I am loving the quietness within the community as well as the upkeep of the grounds. Ericka, the manager does an outstanding job with managing our community. She’s always willing to be available anytime I’ve needed assistance. The entire team are so friendly and are always smiling when passing through. Keep up the great work and thank you for all that you do.

I just moved into Zocalo and had such a smooth experience, thanks to Glenda and Erica! Glenda was awesome right from the start. Super patient with me (since it’s my first time renting) and really helpful in walking me through everything. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I understood all the details. Then when I had a couple of follow-up questions, Erica stepped in and was just as awesome. She answered everything without skipping a beat and made sure I felt taken care of. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better move-in process. Both Glenda and Erica made everything super easy, and I’m loving my new place. Definitely recommend Zocalo if you’re looking for an stress-free move! Thank you to both of you ladies for all of your help.

I have been looking at the reviews and i can say they are not accurate. These apartments are so nice, elegant, peaceful and so much more!!! Zocalo is the GEM hidden in Spring Branch. I guarantee you will not find nothing nice and affordable in this location. Also the new management team is wonderful they are always there to help when needed. This property has never been so positive and happy in such a long time. I love that I live in such a good and positive property. Ericka so by far the best manager there has been with her great community pull and her positivity all around. She has always been there for my family when needed and she had always helped us with anything we needed. 10 out of 10 recommend these apartments!!!

I would just like to say i absolutely loveee these apartments! the management team is so well put together and always attend my needs. Ericka and Bella are so awesome at their job they are always going above and beyond when i need help. These apartments are so elegant, cleans and all the above!!! Who ever is reading this i really think you should consider moving here. They do monthly events and they are so much fun. My kids always have a great time when it comes to community things like these. I love how Ms. Ericka focuses on the community and their happiness!! 1000% recommend living here!!!
