This title company was chosen by the other party in the sale of my house. They missed deadlines more than once due to mishandling/not collecting proper paperwork from the buyer which resulted in the closing date being delayed twice. When they realized their mistakes they tried to get me to sign paperwork to void the terms of our original contract. We completed the deal more than a week after the original closing date. This was almost 6 months ago and I did not plan to review Zmar until they sent me an email asking for help to refer customers. This company is shady at best. If it weren’t for my realtor this company would’ve essentially stolen my property
