Ziprent has managed my property for a few years now and their service is fantastic. All their team members are responsive and work really hard to make my tenants comfortable. Whenever maintenance is needed, they quickly gather quotes and provide a clear list of options, and always provide great results. If you are looking for a good value property manager highly recommend working with this organization.

This is ridiculous! I submitted my application 12/23/25. I was initially told I was denied, 3 weeks later received an email saying he changed his mind. After submitting everything they ask for and waiting…TODAY 2/18/26 I receive an email stating the landlord started a lease with someone else. There is horrible communication, very inefficient, very unprofessional and I could not even understand the customer service agent when I did get someone on the phone. It was a complete waste of time and money! I at least should get my application fees back! ***update*** They emailed me back We've shared additional context in Ziprent's limited capacity. This was my first time working with Ziprent, and I couldn’t be happier with the tenant placement service. The process was organized, professional, and hassle-free. I appreciated how responsive and clear their communication was throughout. Ziprent truly delivers great value for property owners.

Ziprent has been an amazing experience for me to rent out my property in a tough market. They’ve found qualified renters within 30 days and managed vendors, showings, and day-to-day requests from tenants so that I just need to respond to emails or approve vendors. I tried finding a renter on my own before Ziprent and found it extremely tough to manage a tenant while on the opposite side of the state. I look forward to utilizing Ziprent for years to come!

I am writing a review because I was happy with how business was done. I did not get approved for the house we wanted to rent so they refunded all seven of our application fees. I thought that was awesome. I will definitely keep Ziprent in mind for future business.
