Hi, my name is Miranda and I’ve been trying to get in contact to see a property. We’ve had the problems with the lockbox of multiple showings. My family and I have been to this house for about five different times and every time we call someone from zip rent they cannot help us. They said they fixed the lockbox and it has not been fixed. We really want to see this property and we really want to rent this property, but there’s no way that we can see it. We would love to see it, but we have never experienced so many problems of just trying to get into a house to see a showing. We even had two Realtors that were trying to get in contact with you guys with no luck. I'm a Dallas landlord and decided to try Ziprent for tenant placement. The results were disappointing. The only solution Ziprent kept proposing was to drop the rent price by 30% from their initial "market" analysis. No interaction and little attention was given by their team. You will not have a dedicated account manager. This is essentially an admin operation based on high volume. It did not work out for us.

Best property management company in Dallas by far. Great communication and service! I’ve had so many bad experiences with other companies that it felt great finding Ziprent. I still haven’t signed a lease with them yet but the process has been amazing. It’s so easy to tour the homes and contact them. I definitely recommend them.

I would give this mgmt company negative stars if I could. They are extremely sloppy and never own up to any mistakes. My prior tenants moved out at the end of July 2025, and a Ziprent "inspector" supposedly went on August 1, 2025 to do the walkthrough. I personally went to check on my property on August 5 (I just happened to be in town) and found the front door unlocked and a TV console that I left in the house was missing!! Fellow home owners out there, think of how terrifying it is for a mgmt company to just leave your property unlocked for weeks, maybe months, on end, and you never know unless you personally go check.
