Professional extortionists. Hands down the most predatory and disrespectful people I’ve ever done business with. After spending hundreds of thousands in interest they still managed to extort us for an extra 10k extension fee the Day Before we closed to transfer out of our interest only loan. Not to mention when we first purchased the property they wouldn’t sign unless we came out of pocket another 50k days after we were supposed to close while trying to find every reason and excuse to not sign their paperwork without more money. Their bait and switch methods and unfair business practices should be investigated. Avoid them at all costs or atleast understand who you are getting into a contract with before you make your decision. I wish someone posted a similar review before I decided to work
