After enduring 10 months of living in their dump of a property called Oasis at Surfside in Cape Coral Florida, enough was more than enough. Zimmer Development Company is nothing short of a slumlord company. They have the most incompetent company managing their property (Hawthorne Residential Partners). Their property is dirty, full of mold and pest ridden with a side of dead landscaping that they refuse to improve due to not wanting to spend money. Their phase 2 addition at this property took way too long and disrupted every resident on the property 5 days per week with an incompetent contractor using equipment that was ancient and made horrendous noises. Your website say you strive for excellence. If that's the case, please force your tenant that owns the laundromat on Carolina beach rd to fix his or her laundromat before some gets seriously hurt on your property. Don't just collect a rent check, manage your tenants and force them to up keep your property. We witness a child get injured from a falling ceiling tile and the individual working their did nothing. The parent rush the child out to hospital and didn't return. We received you info from the dry cleaners next door. The manager said to report this to you. This place looks nothing like your other properties on you site.

Treats existing customers poorly and fails to provide proper services while building on existing business/marina property. Doesn't keep promises. Worst marina owner I've ever dealt with (40+ years)
