Zephyr Line Apartments

**Update** REMINDER: These people are receiving tens of thousands of dollars from us being here, and these are the conditions I have lived in. (1) Smoking - Walk around here and you will see tenants smoking cigarettes and marijuana on this NO SMOKING PROPERTY. THEIR SMOKE DRIFTS INTO MY UNIT. I've sent photos and videos to management of the tenants here smoking, and they DO NOT EVICT. (2) Owners/Management Company - This place, managed and/or owned by ASSET LIVING (aka ECHELON PROPERTY GROUP), has 15 empty apartments as of the original time of writing this update. (3) Mailroom - Property management locks the mailroom and blocks me from my mailbox. They are obstructing my mailbox, which is ILLEGAL. It's been like this for years. So happy I was able to find this apartment. It took a little longer getting moved in due to some issues with my application, but Rachel is SUPER awesome and she helped me so much. The apartment is gorgeous and you can't beat not having a utility bill 😂. The kitchen is spacious and has lots of cupboards. The washer and dryer are so helpful. And NO bugs! Jose is awesome and he's always on top of any maintenance issues. Just a super great guy.

I don't know what's, going on at zephyr line. Why when I leave nessarry messages, NEVER! returned. I leave a message most of the time because no-one is BARELY! in the office. When I go down, the door is ALWAYS CLOSED. It feels almost like your bothering. They continue to hire people THAT DON'T WANT TO WORK HERE. Management changes, like I do my underware. Yea, there is every kinda drug addicts loitering around here. Long as it's not by my door. They had a security. I felt truly disrespected. I went down for assistance, the temporary Management, I hope. couldn't even let me know she'll get to me in a moment. Let me know if parenting, comes before the tenant. I was next in line. Cigarette smoke that enters my apartment from units below, bad management, roaches, mailroom is locked and no keys for tenants, hobos on property, noisy, improper inspection, been living through repairs that weren't done before move-in, not fully cleaned at move-in, $1050 deposit. My rent was still raised after reporting how uninhabitable tenants' smoking has made my apartment. No curing or evictions.

If I could put zero stars I would, do not rent from here. These people leaving 5 stars are lying. Its not even about the area. The managers are incompetent, I left in April and have yet to hear about my deposit, and they harassed me up until about 3 weeks ago, for a 5000 dollar balance that I definitely didn't owe. Please stay far away and choose somewhere else to live. Management is literally a migraine
