Zephyr Apartments

Amazing experience thus far! We had a specific situation where we were rushed to finding a place and Ivan helped us every step of the way! The building itself is very well maintained and quiet once you close your windows. The location is walking distance to so many grocery stores, bars, and restaurants that you will never run out of things to do. Very happy with this building and the team that runs it (shoutout to Hoàng the maintenance man who is super speedy to fulfill maintenance requests and so kind!). A note about the negative reviews: It seems that the negative reviews are from people who don't actually live here. It's mostly people who were mad (and impatient) with booking a tour. I will say it took 24-48 hours to receive a response from zillow but that is absolutely expected. I t

I had a very disappointing experience with Zephyr Apartments that left me unwilling to consider leasing with them. Scheduling a tour was unnecessarily difficult, and the communication from the property manager was unprofessional and dismissive of my time. Unlike other apartment communities, Zephyr doesn’t have a tour scheduling tool on their website. The only way to reach out is by email, phone, or using a third-party platform like Apartments.com. I used Apartments.com to schedule a tour, and the property manager, Ian, emailed me to confirm availability and provided their office hours (Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00am to 5:00pm). Just moved in, cannot recommend enough! the new building manager Ivan is fantastic to work with, the building is in great condition (looks like the photos), the amenities are better than described, the ground floor is devoid of drama (cant say the same for other sidewalks of apartments in seattle), parking feels secure, clean, maintained, and overall just really happy to be at Zephyr. Moved across the country without seeing it until we moved in, never felt anything other than total comfort!!

My husband and I lived here for almost two years. We had a nice time living here, they don’t have a lot of amenities but what they do have is decent. The roof view is great! You also cannot beat the location! Although if your apartment is near the hotcakes below you get some noise/street noise, but it’s the city and to be expected. Nothing out of the ordinary, I always felt safe. There were only a couple incidents of people being let in, but that was almost always someone being negligent and letting them in. Maintenance was also very kind and always got to us when we needed help. Phuong deserves a special shout out, she was always very helpful and attentive. Made the move in/out easy. This is my and my husband's second apartment in Capitol Hill and we couldn't be more pleased. Aurora and the rest of the office staff are friendly and attentive. The fitness center and roof are wonderful amenities and well maintained. The units are spacious for the price, and you can't beat the location just off Olive and convenient to the rail station and Cal Anderson, without the noise of Broadway. Maintenance is highly responsive. We've only had a couple of minor issues and they were fixed almost immediately. Highly recommended.
