Beware of the Fake charges and fake promises by the management. They manipulate and escape the situation but they wont do shit. they wont be available anytime too and those charges do fall on the tenants. Already persisting issues might also be on our head while leaving. Just be careful, I would suggest don't lease here.

Scheduled an appointment for a tour, was confirmed via email, and nobody is here. Intercom is too quiet to even hear the options when trying to contact the leasing office. When trying to call the number outside of the apartment, it states that nobody is available.

This morning , I had a regular delivery here for apartment #248, and the Women who live’s at the unit number legitimately abused me calling me stupid and making me feel uncomfortable I also felt like she was going to hit me. That is the second time she has done that to me. She’s also taller and bigger than me.

I have left this place a while ago and been waiting for my roommate to completely move out to leave this review. There are many things I am unhappy about this flat, 1. The floor I lived in often had water dripping from the ceiling, and this problem appeared to be the family living on the upper floor had kids and they splashed water everywhere which penetrated my ceiling multiple times. I remember I addressed this issue to both my neighbor and the manager and it didn't get solved but it never did. 2. I have found plenty of ants near my bathroom, climbing through my wardrobe to the bathroom mirror. It took me a few times to bring up this issue until they solved it. 3. Place is nice but management is terrible. Moved in but most of the things were broken. Wrote about it to the management and no response at all. Anyone can come and park at your parking space and you have to wait there until tow truck comes but guess what tow truck never comes. No guest parking facilities. Signed lease and found out that there is no stainless appliances as advertised and when asked for it, the response is you have to pay 200$ more every month for those appliances. They say they take complaints very seriously but I don’t see any seriousness here. Paying for insurance but not getting anything fixed. The management don’t even receive the calls.
