I worked with Krystle and Zeal to purchase my first piece of property in Texas and they handled everything professionally and were very thorough. Especially with me being out of state, Zeal was prompt and communitive throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend!!

Initially, the house buying from them was outstanding.We did the blue tape walkthrough.Everything was great and then we move in and find a litany of problems stuff measured wrong stuff bent broken stuff, missing stuff, not painted items and hardware was the wrong hardware.Just a lot of things.We are four months in, and nothing is still fixed.But yet they can send us a bill for utilities.This must be a joke. We would email and text message every friday with the promise that somebody was going to come out and fix stuff.Now we're to the point where they are ghosting us, except for the utility bill that they now want some money to pay. When Ryan and Krystle came to my home to talk about putting my home on the market, Ryan Was talking the talk and also mentioned that if he could not sell my property that he would buy it. And that I could terminate the contract at any time with no explanation. Well, that didn’t happen. Now we did have 22 showings in almost a year. Fast forward to March 18, 2025 My husband and I talked and we decided that it was just not a good fit anymore Due to the fact of no communication, no follow up and stories about offers on our home that just did not add up. So I let Ryan know that our contract was going to be terminated. He was upset And sent me over a clause that I could not sell to any of the clients that he showed my property to until September 2025. We bought land from Ryan in Callisto Fields in 2023 and put a deposit down to select one of his floor plans and use his builder. O’dell construction. I cannot stress enough DO NOT USE O’DELL CONTRUCTION AND RYAN ZAMMERON. First off Ryan has little man syndrome and wants to control every aspect of the process. I was never allowed to meet with the actual builder. We had multiple issues along the way and I always got the run around. He would try and promise you that he will take care of something or look into an issue. After the initial conversation we never heard back from him and the issue was never resolved. Everyone that has bought land in Callisto fields, have the same opinion with Ryan. DO NOT EVER USE either one of these companies. Or you will be in for multiple non stop headaches.

5 stars doesn't do justice for the service we received from Ryan and Krystal. They were professional, great communicators, and helped us sell a home that had been on the market for several months prior to them listing it. Definitely recommend Zeal realtors to sell your home or property.
