Zaterra

I called and spoke with Hailey about their apartments at Zaterra because I was looking to finally get a place of my own. She was so kind and understanding she explained things to me so that I could understand what I would need and everything that they had to offer. She was super friendly and very patient since like I said this is my first apartment that I'll be mine. So I just wanted to leave a review to let people know that she was extremely helpful and that they are one of my top contenders right now.

I just want to say my experience at Zaterra was absolutely wonderful! Brionna was incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. She made my visit feel welcoming and comfortable, like I had known her for years. Her knowledge and experience truly stood out, and out of all the places I visited, she’s the reason I chose Zaterra. She made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!

UPDATE (2/26/26) They promised new furniture and “exciting things coming”, but there is still not any new furniture in the green area (though I finally got them to remove the torn up couches). The newest thing they got are pool umbrellas, which will be nice to use when laying on the dry-rotted pool chairs that get green/blue dye all over you. New resident quality has gone downhill, with trash and dog poo all over the place. Go on a walk and count the piles of poo and trash people will hide in the bushes. Marijuana smokers are everywhere here now. Someone started smoking weed in our building, and it will leech into our apartment from the a/c units. Smell so strong that you would think they’re smoking in your own apartment. When confronting the office for solutions, they say they can’t do an

The staff here at Zaterra are amazing. Had a showing with the incredible Ms. Brionna. She was on point with all the details and was so very helpful. Also her co-worker Ms. N'Dia was just as kind. They definitely make this company look impeccable. Great jobs ladies!!! If your looking for a great place to call home. This is definitely it. Go in and ask for Ms. Brionna or Ms.N'Dia

I started experiencing issues with my dishwasher out of nowhere, so I placed a work order — and within just a few hours, DJ showed up to take care of it. He was incredibly prompt, thorough, and genuinely friendly. He even took the time to make sure my dog felt comfortable and warmed up to him, which I really appreciated. The quick turnaround and quality of service here continue to impress me. I’m very pleased with how efficiently maintenance requests are handled at this complex.
