I rent an apartment from Zahed Property Management and Rashed is awesome. Very attentive to all of my concerns and always responds to calls. Plus the move in process was so easy with him.

I rented from Rashed at Zahed Property Management and it was a great experience. He answered promptly to any maintenance request that I had and always took care of my issues. Definitely recommend!

I’m with the last person if I could give this man a zero review that is what he would get from me for his negligence, to my family and our property within his house that we were renting at the time of the FIRE !!! On 5th street he remodeled the house making it look ok and replaced the breaker box but neglected to rewire old wiring cheap skate then tells us not to worry about paying that month of rent .then he wouldn’t give our deposit back until all of our belongings were removed from the property, then when we was finally able to do so he gave it back but failed to tell us he was going to charge us anyway resulting in a charge on our account as if we still owed him, for the month of negligence on his part. Isn’t that crazy how he’s going to try to charge us for a month of rent for a place

I rent from Zahed property management and Rashed’s has always be good to us any time we have needed something done he has got it done for us we have rented for 3 years from him

Zahed Property Management has went above and beyond to get me into my new place. Working with rashed was a breeze. Highly recommend!
