I have never written a negative public review before because I do not want to get in the way of people’s livelihood, but I felt the need to share this because they are really despicable. Took over my building (without formally notifying the residents. In fact I had no contact from them until their agent contacted me about my lease renewal). They removed our live-in super, and we now have to communicate with a nameless faceless message portal that does not respond in a timely manner. We are a multiple dwelling with more than 9 families and 13 units so they are breaking the housing code by depriving us of a live-in super or a super living within 200 ft of our bldg. Now we have no heat and not hot water and either and it is under 55 degrees outside in the daytime, again breaking housing code

Currently in dispute with company over nuisance neighbor. Property manager is acting as if nothing is wrong. I have proof that the neighbor is a nuisance. Waiting for housing court to see if I can get justice. Update 9.22.21 - Yuco is now trying to evict me from the apartment saying I'm the nuisance. I plan on relaying the outcome. Update 12.3.21 - have a court hearing on December 16. Plan on following up with result. PS. If anyone needs me to assist with a civil /class action lawsuit, feel free to reach out. Update 3.26.22 - had a court hearing this month. The case was adjourned to April 12, 2022. As of today, Yuco is still not acting in good faith. As I relayed to their attorney, if they don't act in good faith, I plan on taking Yuco back to small claims court. Update 4.12.22 Yuco

Do not waste your time!! This is the most unprofessional group of people you will ever have to deal with. I applied to an apartment in 2017 and it still bothered me to this day that I am going to right a negative review of my experience. I applied to an apartment in Harlem, I have great credit and met all of the requirements needed. They made me fill out a 40 page application with proof for everything, surprised they didn't ask for my birth certificate. I provided so much information it seem that I was applying for a US citizenship. Then they also charge you a fee. Then a couple a days later they just simply said I don't qualify for the apartment. No explanation no nothing. I thought this was a fraud because they have all of my personal information. I requested them to shred all

The absolute worst management company you could ever think of! My family and I are residents of our building in Central Harlem for over 30 years. We get no service. Our bathroom ceiling has been leaking for years with mold and more. They have reached the level where they are no longer answering phone calls. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ALLOW CERTAIN TENANTS TO ADJUST THEIR APARTMENT AND MAKE MORE ROOMS, allowing over 10 +people to live there, who happen to also be renting the storefront downstairs.

This management company is full of scams. They will collect application fees for apartments they plan on never renting out. Do not give these people money!!! You will never get the apartment. Don't believe me just check craigslist, apartable, padmapper, street easy etc. They have been posting the same apartment for years just to collect the application fees. they use different real estate agents and change the size of the apartment and the aparment # in the add. At the last minute the person calls you and once again your directed to that same apartment at 280 Milford st on the corner of Sutter avenue in East New York Brooklyn. Good Luck!
