When I contacted the listing agent for our new mountain camp in Cotopaxi Colorado she hooked me up with Nicole Puente. Being 3000 miles away from Colorado Nicole became our eyes and ears on the ground. She rushed right out to our prospect home and took a bunch of videos to gave us a very thorough report on the property. She confirmed that apples were apples in the listing photos and the property description. She was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the area and what contingencies we should include in our offer. Everything went great and Nicole's help was greatly appreciated.

Unethical broker, rescinded a signed counter offer after agreed upon due to a potential higher offer coming in. The seller and broker lost integrity over trying to get another 40k on a 1.1 million dollar listing. We literally agreed to the counter offer. Unbelievable.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Miranda Silva on the sale of our home. In was has become a buyers market, Miranda was instrumental in getting our home sold and making sure our listing shinned amongst the competition. We will most certainly work with Miranda again on future real estate endeavors!

I will be writing my review on this brokerage and their agent Ashley Cerasuolo works. Look me up on FB and TT. I initially called the brokerage and was told I would receive a call back which never happened. You can’t screw people over then play victim, it’s not okay. Should be professional which is not at all which I’ve dealt with in buying my home. I will support with pictures and text messages. I’m a springs native, this behavior is not okay and won’t be tolerated. It’s to the point I may have to file a lawsuit against the brokerage and Ashely. There are too many real estate brokerages in Colorado that is ethical, this is not it. I did have to file complaints with DORA as well, waiting on a call back. Good luck, use a different brokerage!
