Our housing additon uses Young Management to assist with our Homes Association. After the recent snow they sent an amazing team to our neighborhood to plow. This company did a great job not only on our roads, but they also plowed my drive and walkway up to my front door!! Thank you for the great job!!

I give the lawn maintenance crew an average grade, based on my experience with a couple other similar companies. They do OK, but are clearly told to work quickly, and sometimes aren't as thorough or careful as I would like them to be. Communication from top down could be better. it sometimes takes 2-4 attempts to get a request or direction down to the crew members. It's hard to try to talk directly with a crew member because hardly anyone speaks any English. I do give Shelby McElroy a 5-star rating though. From my interactions with her over the past 18 months or so, she strikes me as very personable, quick to respond to questions & requests, quick to act, & thorough. I've lived in Marbella Condominiums for nearly five years now, having previously owned my own home. I have great neighbors. I especially appreciate the current property manager who has addressed all my requests over the past two years quickly and with a smile. She makes living here a joy.

Our HOA made a much needed change in property management companies in May of 2024. After several interviews, we chose Young Management Group, Inc. to service our subdivision. Best decision ever!! Michael Reynolds is our property manager and has been fantastic to work with. As a member of the HOA board, I have worked one-on-one with Michael many times during the past 13 months. He is always quick to respond to questions or concerns and is eager to discuss ideas that can make our subdivision better. Together with Young Management Group (specifically Michael Reynolds), the board has made vast improvements throughout our subdivision. It has been a joy to work with a person with such a strong work ethic and great personal integrity!

Young Management Group does not take accountability for problems that they are paid to handle. They are contracted to manage the HOA operations in my neighborhood, and have been difficult to deal with every time I've had to contact them. The latest instance is the failure to get a vendor in place to remove snow in a timely manner (a service our HOA pays for). This has led to multiple people, including elderly people who can't handle the snow removal on their own trapped in their houses for the past 2 days. Just because they're local doesn't mean they have your best interests. The response from them has been unprofessional and I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your HOA management needs.
