If you can help it, DON’T LIVE HERE. This place is a dump. I would give it 0 stars if I could. My partner and I didn’t have a choice, we were on a time crunch and a very tight budget. Here’s just a few reasons why you shouldn’t live here: 1. Residents just park wherever they want. In the middle of the road, in the one way to where you can’t get past, in the loading dock. (pic attached) 2. They turn the water off without any warning CONSTANTLY. At one point it was at least once a week for a whole month. And they simply don’t warn you. We called the office the first time it happened and they just said “oh yeah it’s for maintenance.” Okay, so why weren’t the residents notified? Whatever you do, DO NOT MORE HERE. They will lie and make up stories. Their information changes with each person you speak with and no one is on the same page AT ALL. Save your MONEY & your TIME! This company will harass you in so many ways with the mere fact that when it comes to appliances, hvac etc they’ll take their sweet time. I have 2 children, one being an autistic child and the heat went out in the middle of winter and called the EMERGENCY LINE and was told that they don’t come out at night and not having heat is not an emergency, like they literally said that and hung up on me. They will take away your ability to put in maintenance request and more, please there are other places however it’s understandable when you need something for a short period. Quiet, maintenance free living is what I have here at Village East. Wonderful neighbors in a well manicured, park like setting. Close to shopping, restaurants and Rt. 30.

I live at Village East and absolutely love it here. It’s a welcoming, great community, and Yorkshire Realty has been nothing but kind, courteous, and easy to work with. Any time I’ve needed help, they’ve been responsive and supportive. The location is a huge plus too—close to major highways and shopping, which makes everyday life so convenient. I’m happy living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Do not move here, avoid this place if you can. They will try and actually attach all kinds of fees and frame you for things you did not do to the apartment. They had us to move due to my autistic son which is something out of my control from a decent unit into a dirty filthy unit that I had to clean and the appliances don’t work and were filthy themselves. Then tried to attach fee to our count from the previous unit that we DID NOT MAKE! However let you miss rent once and they are quick to file and bring you to court. If you move here take pictures of EVERYTHING and DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!
